The Human First in AI
Ai promises much, but at a cost. We can maximize the promise and minimize the costs.

AI can be great: 77% of executives report increased productivity, and 40% of those using AI at work experience similar gains.
But it's not all roses, and the challenges are significant and growing.
Among high-performing AI users, 62% struggle to align AI with their companyβs goals.
A staggering 88% report feelings of burnout, while 85% admit to being more polite to AI than to their human colleagues.
In fact, 65% have better relationships with AI than with co-workers, and 67% express greater trust in AI.
These statistics reveal a troubling trend: many workers view AI as a co-worker rather than a ππ¨π¨π₯ designed to enhance productivity and job satisfaction. The fact that so many are fatigued and treating AI better than their human counterparts should raise serious concerns.
Human creativity and imagination are irreplaceable. When businesses foster environments that diminish the human element they risk deepening the cycle of burnout and shrinking returns.
Right now, those excelling in AI usage are burning out and twice as likely to consider leaving their jobs than others.
ππ‘ππ«π ππ«π π©π¨π¬π’ππ’π―π π¬πππ©π¬ ππ¨ ππ πππ€ππ§.
In contrast to the above, freelancers who embrace AI while maintaining their creativity and humanity thrive. They use AI as a tool, not a replacement for their colleagues.
To stay competitive in the AI landscape, businesses must reinvest in their most valuable asset: their employees. By promoting a culture that values human interaction and encourages the use of AI as a supportive tool, companies can reduce turnover and boost productivity.
